Help On Using Our Online Ordering System
As we are a wholesale company we do not publish our prices here on this website. These can be found in our printed catalogues.
If you are a new customer and wish to obtain a printed catalouge / price list from us please fill out the form here
If there are any items that you cannot find in our catalogue (new items are being added to our website all the time) please contact us with the product code and we will be pleased to supply you with the price.
To use our online ordering system:
As there are no prices displayed we do not request you enter any card payment details when placing an order on this website. You will be contacted by phone, usually on the next working day, for these when we will be able to give you a total amount, including VAT for your order.
1) Select the products and quantities you wish to purchase from the online catalogue of products. Alternatively if you know the product codes of the products you wish to purchase (from your printed catalogue), enter these in the space provided.
2) Once you have selected the products you wish to buy proceed to the 'process order' area.
3) Check the contents of your basket and update the quantities you require or remove any items you do not wish to purchase.
4) Fill out the details in the form on the next page. DO NOT ENTER ANY PAYMENT DETAILS HERE
5) Check the details listed and click on 'Send Order' OR print and fax the form to us if you prefer.
Confirmation of the details of your order will be sent to you via email. When we have received your order we will process and calculate the toal including VAT (and carriage if applicable) and contact you to arrange payment.
